The date is set and the countdown has begun for the big Phoenix River Trip. On August 2nd our road trip will begin. We will arrive in Phoenix early afternoon and check in to our fabulous suites sponsored by THE INN AT EAGLE MOUNTAIN.
This will be our home base on the trip and every room is equipped with a fireplace & jacuzzi.
The resort has added a few new amenities including room service and spa services by appointment only.
We will make a visit to the Famous Fountain Hills Fountain and we will have two nights by the pool with hosted cocktails:)

There will be a hosted pool and cocktail party on Friday & Saturday night after dinner. Bring your swimwear. Tubing will be on Saturday. We will have lots of time on the river and a great place to relax at the resort. For those of you who do not wish to challenge the river, you may just relax and enjoy the resort, play a round of golf at the Eagle Mountain Country Club, or just lounge around the pool. We will depart from the resort Sunday morning and make a breakfast stop along the way. And to top off the weekend, we will have an incredible Interstate 10, onboard wine party. How’s that for a fun weekend?

Your deposit of only $175 is your RSVP

Cost is $175 per person Deposit,
Plus+
($99 per night = $198  plus tax) for your two night hotel stay.

$175 per person holds your seat, and the hotel balance is not due until a week before check-in. There are a few room options which the hotel will tell you about when you book. If you would like something more budget friendly, you can share a room. The cost is per room. Up to 4 can stay in a room and you can split the cost. Deluxe rooms are available so the sooner you make your deposit the better room selection you will have.

Your $175 deposit payment includes:
Bus transportation via Highline Charter Service
Tube Rental
Wine, soft drinks, & snacks on the bus
Friday night hosted pool & cocktail party
Saturday night hosted pool & cocktail party
The interstate 8 wine party on return trip

You will take care of your own meals
but prices will be very reasonable

FYI…
You will not be able to make your hotel reservations until your deposit is received and you receive a hotel release email from me.
